Product Summary
The MG100G2YL1 westcode transisitor module is designed for use in various types of motor control and other high power switching applicantions and consist of insulated type darlington transistor. The electrodes of MG100G2YL1 are fully isolated from heat sink. Single ended electrode construction is used to greatly simplify mounting. The MG100G2YL1 is available with current capability up 400 A and voltage rating up to 1400 V.
