The A40MX04-FPQ100 is a member of 40MX families which offer a cost-effective design solution at 5V. It is a single-chip solution and provides high performance while shortening the system design and development cycle. The device can integrate and consolidate logic implemented in multiple PALs, CPLDs, and FPGAs. It is composed of fine-grained building blocks that enable fast, efficient logic designs. The device architecture is based on Actel’s patented antifuse technology implemented in a 0.45μm triplemetal CMOS process.
